How much do bags cost?<\/a><\/p>\n It depends (we know that\u2019s annoying \u2013 sorry).<\/p>\n We can print your logo\/design onto one of the many bag styles stored in our UK-based warehouse.<\/p>\n Once screen printed by our expert team, they could be on their way to you in less than a week. These can cost as little as \u00a31 per bag.<\/p>\n The prices generally fall per unit the more items you order.<\/p>\n If you want a large order of over 2,000, it would be cost effective to opt for overseas printing, where costs are even lower per bag. It gives a smoother more refined finish and allows finer detail to be printed, with brighter colours and a more premium bag overall.<\/p>\n Juco can be manufactured into many products and an infinite variety of shapes and sizes.<\/p>\n What is a cotton bag?<\/a><\/p>\n Our cotton bags are made from pure cotton. Our standard stock is a premium 5oz cotton. We can also offer organic cotton, Fair Trade cotton and heavier weights for an even longer-lasting, premium product.<\/p>\n If you need a lighter bag, we can do that too!<\/p>\n How do you print onto fabric?<\/a><\/p>\n We print our jute, juco and cotton bags using a popular technique called screen printing. Your artwork is created as a negative ready for the screen and using water-based dyes it is then pressed onto the jute.<\/p>\n In some cases, we use other techniques depending entirely on the customer\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n How are jute bags made?<\/a><\/p>\n Jute is a plant. No fertilizers or pesticides are used in the growing of jute making it environmentally friendly.<\/p>\n After the plant is harvested, it is soaked, before the golden fibres are washed and spun into bundles.<\/p>\n The fibres are dried and treated with rice oil for added strength and is then woven onto the loom ready for weaving into sturdy jute rolls.<\/p>\n Can I supply my own artwork?<\/a><\/p>\n We can provide detailed guidelines for your designer or we can work with you to produce your chosen design.<\/p>\n Artwork needs to be as high resolution as possible (300dpi minimum) and for best results in vector-based format.<\/p>\n File formats are usually best provided in the following: If you\u2019re unsure, give us a call and we can assist you.<\/p>\n Can I print anything on jute?<\/a><\/p>\n Due to the nature of the material (open weave fabric), big bold designs work best on jute.<\/p>\n For finer detail, we recommend choosing a cotton or juco bag, which is tighter weave and therefore better able to represent intricate details.<\/p>\n Can I see a proof before printing?<\/a><\/p>\n Yes of course \u2013 whether you provide your own artwork or we work with you on your design, we can produce visuals so you can see how your finished bags will look.<\/p>\n What size is the print area on the bag?<\/a><\/p>\n It depends. Bags which are printed in the UK have a rectangular print area in the centre of the main panel.<\/p>\n There are no limitations on bags printed in our overseas SEDEX-audited factory as panels are printed prior to stitching. You can also customise handles and side panels.<\/p>\n What size bags do you offer?<\/a><\/p>\n We have a huge range of bags available in our UK printing facility.<\/p>\n These range in size from mini to large and everything in between:<\/p>\n Juco and cotton bags are also available in a range of sizes.<\/p>\n Are jute bags biodegradable?<\/a> Yes \u2013 jute is 100% biodegradable and recyclable.
