Having previously been an estate agent of 15 years, I couldn\u2019t think of a more appropriate branded product for agents to get their name into homes and high street at the same time. \u00a0I really had to consider this point for some time, but the usual pens and mugs just don\u2019t have the means to travel like a bag.<\/p>\n

The general feedback we\u2019re getting is that the bags are passing the estate agents window on a daily basis \u201cit\u2019s exciting to see exactly how much our advertising gets about!\u201d<\/p>\n

As we know ‘For Sale’ boards offer a presence in the local area, showing a successful percentage of instructions on the market. Presence is key, followed by being a household name in the neighbourhood with a helpful reputation. Therefore the gift of a bag to your clients and your new purchasers in the area, offers a helping hand with something so practical. It also allows you to pop in all the local information a new house owner in the area might require.<\/p>\n
