With the increase in climate change and the growing concern for the harmful effects of plastic it is time that we all switch to healthier and more environmentally friendly alternatives such as these copper straws<\/a>. When products such as BPA (a chemical additive) is found in plastic which can lead to heart disease and diabetes\u2026 let\u2019s get rid of this for the next generation. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

4. Go nuts when it comes to the laundry!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Some of you may already use an eco-friendly laundry detergent but what do you do with the plastic bottle? Now there are some supermarkets<\/a> which let you refill with your cleaning liquids. However, to save you lugging all those bottles home why not try soap nuts?<\/a> These are little dried fruit shells which contain 100 percent natural soap. According to the makers of soap nuts they can be used with all fabrics and at temperatures between 30 and 90 degrees. All you need to do is bung them in a sock, tie it up and throw it in with the rest of your dirty clothes. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

5. Now that\u2019s a wrap!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
