El n\u00famero de empleados equivalentes a tiempo completo es el n\u00famero de horas totales contratadas para trabajar por todos los empleados dividido por el n\u00famero de horas trabajadas por un solo empleado a tiempo completo. Un empleado a tiempo completo que haya trabajado todo el a\u00f1o cuenta como 1 empleado. El personal a tiempo parcial y estacional, as\u00ed como el que no ha trabajado todo el a\u00f1o, se contabiliza como fracciones de 1 empleado.<\/p>\n<p>Debe cobrar si:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vender mercanc\u00edas en Inglaterra<\/li>\n<li>entregar mercanc\u00edas en Inglaterra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las personas con <em>menos de 250 empleados equivalentes a tiempo completo no tienen que cobrar<\/em>. Si su tienda forma parte de una franquicia o de un grupo simb\u00f3lico (que comparte marca y productos), s\u00f3lo cuenta los empleados de su negocio. No cuentas la franquicia o el grupo de s\u00edmbolos como un todo.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, si posee 10 tiendas de un grupo de s\u00edmbolos y tiene m\u00e1s de 250 empleados en total, tendr\u00e1 que cobrar por las bolsas.
