Ethcal · Quality · Reliable

Quality assured at
every stage

From raw material and working with local farmers, to manufacturing responsibly in our own factories. Not only can you trust us with your product and deadlines, but with your values too.

  • Golden fibre

We only use premium fires from jute plants, these are known as the golden fibre. We don’t use anything less.

  • Transport

Because we only work directly with local farmers, their product is delivered straight from their farm to our factories.

  • Processing

The raw golden fibres are put through many processes to make them ready to work with, nothing is added. Each process makes the fibre stronger and more workable.

  • Tread

The processed fibre is now turned into high-quality thread, ready for manufacturing our bags.

  • Dying

Some of the jute fabric is dyed with certified natural dyes for our coloured bags.

  • Cutting

The dyed or undyed jute fabric is painstakingly hand cut by our experienced exerts, in preparation for printing.

  • Printing

Your design and brand is brough to life in a number of printing processes including screen-printing.

  • Stitching

The bags begin to take shape as our professional stitching team construct the bags panels, pockets and handles.

  • Quality control

The final stage, nothing leave our factory until we are 100% satisfied with every aspect of the manufacturing process.

Process

How to create your
custom bag

Five steps from brief to delivered. No complexity, no surprises, just a clear process from first conversation to finished bag.

  1. Define your brief

Tell us what you need. Bag type, quantity, intended use, and timeline. No formal document required. A conversation is enough to get started.

  2. Choose your material

We compare natural jute, organic cotton, and canvas options for your brief. Samples are available before you commit to a full production run.

  3. Design your bag

Confirm size, handle type, base specification, and any custom dimensions. GoJute advises on what works best for your use case and budget.

  4. Select your branding method

Your artwork determines what method we use. We recommend the right method based on your chosen material, design and order volume.

  5. Approve & produce

A pre-production sample ican be made before full production begins. Nothing goes ahead until you have signed everything off off.
