Lead Time: 7-10 days for UK-printed stock and 48 hours for unprinted stock.

All orders are sent using our reliable courier service. In certain circumstances we will also use a palletised delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order. If you are unable to accept delivery within this time frame, please call our helpline to arrange an alternative delivery schedule.

We endeavour to ship all orders received within three working days of approval.

Orders are dispatched as one delivery once we have all items in stock. All orders are sent using our reliable courier service. In certain circumstances we will also use a palletised delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order. Bespoke bags are printed overseas at our Sedex-approved factory in Kolkata, India. The lead time for bespoke bag production is approximately 12 weeks from artwork sign off. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances (eg. weather conditions) may cause delays, in which case we will keep you updated throughout.
This is the first class service for urgent orders of bespoke bags. Following production in our Sedex-approved factory in Kolkata, India, your order will be transported by air, with an approximate lead time of 4-6 Weeks from artwork sign off. This isn’t as green as sea freight and is priced at a premium due to the increased costs.
