West Country Water Buffalo is a genuine family farm producing ethical, sustainable food in harmony with nature. With a herd of around 250 water buffalo grazing the lush green pastures of the Somerset countryside, they are passionate about knowing where food comes from and how it is reared. Their buffalo are reared only on the farm, housed during cold and wet winters, then free to range during the rest of the year. All forage is home produced with minimal imported nutritional supplements, ensuring complete traceability and high welfare standards.
