Our bags are made from natural fibres including jute (premium 15x14 weave), 100% cotton, and juco (our stock is a blend of 75% cotton and 25% jute). Our standard option is a premium 5oz/150gsm cotton, with GOTS Certified organic, Fair Trade and heavier-weight options available for a more durable finish.

Yes, for the bags we have in stock the minimum order is 100 units (no matter how much printing is needed), and for anything we need to customise (or a bespoke product), the minimum order amout is 2000 units.

Our minimum lead time is 24 hours for in-stock plain bags and 48 hours for printed orders. As we hold significant amount of stock which can be printed in-house, we can be flexible to meet tighter deadlines where needed. For fully bespoke bags, produced in our overseas SEDEX-audited factory, lead times are typically around 12 weeks sea-freight or 4 weeks air-freight.

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your timescales and budget. For UK stock orders, we can often dispatch plain bags within 24 hours and printed bags within 48 hours. For bespoke bags manufactured overseas, we can ship by sea (typically around 12 weeks) or by air (around 4 weeks) depending on your deadline. We’ll always recommend the best option for your project and keep you updated throughout the process. We primarily use screen printing to apply designs to our cotton, juco and jute bags. Your artwork is prepared and transferred onto the fabric using water-based inks for a high-quality finish. Depending on your requirements and artwork, we can advise on the best printing method.

You can provide your own artwork, or our expert design team can help create a design with you. For best results, files should be high resolution (300dpi minimum) and ideally in a vector format. We typically accept formats such as EPS, PDF or Illustrator files, as well as high-quality bitmap files like TIFF, JPG or PNG. If you’re unsure, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. And remember, we always provide a proof of your artwork before we go to print.

Yes!! Jute is a completely natural fibre that is 100% biodegradable and recyclable. It’s also highly eco-friendly, as jute plants absorb large amounts of carbon dioxide and release oxygen during growth, without the need for pesticides or fertilisers. For added durability, we can include a soil-neutral cornstarch lining that remains environmentally friendly.
