Angie Cruse, GoJute’s Sales Manager gives some helpful sales tips to Estate Agents:
Having previously been an estate agent of 15 years, I couldn’t think of a more appropriate branded product for agents to get their name into homes and high street at the same time. I really had to consider this point for some time, but the usual pens and mugs just don’t have the means to travel like a bag.
The general feedback we’re getting is that the bags are passing the estate agents window on a daily basis “it’s exciting to see exactly how much our advertising gets about!”
As we know ‘For Sale’ boards offer a presence in the local area, showing a successful percentage of instructions on the market. Presence is key, followed by being a household name in the neighbourhood with a helpful reputation. Therefore the gift of a bag to your clients and your new purchasers in the area, offers a helping hand with something so practical. It also allows you to pop in all the local information a new house owner in the area might require.
With your established and well respected brand and stylish logo, your jute bag will be the bag of choice when your clients and buyers head out to the local high streets.
I therefore wanted to ask if you have already considered them for your clients and buyers at branch level and the events you participate in throughout the year?
Unlike cotton, plastic and paper, jute not only offers exceptionally long and visible brand awareness “shelf life” by way of the structured panels , but the other major benefit of jute is the sustainability of re-use and the ethical appeal of the natural fabric. We can back that up with our excellent accreditations and therefore so can our clients.
For any agent, an exciting element is being considered a helpful part of the community. Often sponsoring School/charity and community events. One of the best ideas to strengthen any campaign and establishing your brand in the community is to combine your brand and put your name to the campaign on the bag. With the added design from a charity or school, your bag can get even more exciting in its design.
