Oxhey cotton tote bag case study
OVEG is a non-political, non-profit residents’ group run by volunteers in the Oxhey suburb of Hertfordshire. They work hard throughout the year to support the local community and environment.
Looking to raise valuable funds to keep the community group alive and promote their message, OVEG members contacted GoJute about creating a branded bag.
The main objectives of the organisation are to:
- maintain, protect and enhance the character and environment of Oxhey Village and its surroundings
- foster the community spirit in the village
- protect and support the services to the area
- record the history of the area
Their high quality cotton canvas totes are a big hit with residents and local businesses, who sell the bags in stores and regional markets.
